We can offer a $270K base salary, plus $5K per year cost of living allowance (COLA), for a total annual salary of $275K. We would expect the provider to commit to employment with us through the duration of the contract, which ends July 7, 2021. We would need him/her to be available to begin employment NLT September, 2019. As stated previously, unfortunately, contract employees are not eligible for on-base housing. However, the provider will be provided with a housing allowance of up to $55K per year, and the assistance of the base housing office in finding suitable accommodation. (The base housing office has a portfolio of available properties in the area that have been vetted and deemed appropriate and comfortable for American civilians. They drive providers around to view and tour properties and assist with the leasing process.) Our employment offer will, of course, be contingent on the governments approval of the provider.
